Dental Office in Barrhaven
In this new construction at 605 Longfields Drive in Barrhaven, we turned a 1000 sq-ft space into a 1500 sq-ft dental office by adding a second floor to the unit. We took care of all the plumbing, framing, electrical, drywall, fire protection and finishes. The office includes 4 operatory rooms, an x-ray room as well as a laboratory and sterilization area. his building has high ceilings and an open concept design, which creates a modern and welcoming feel for its clients. The new space features bright and spacious waiting areas with nice flooring selections and calming colours that create a friendly atmosphere.

Dental Office in the East End, Ottawa
This dental office located at 2041 Meadowbrook Road in the east end of Ottawa was 20 years old and needed a refresh. First, we did some demolition and removed the old carpet as well as the existing ceiling and light fixtures. We installed new flooring, a new ceiling, new lighting and painted the entire unit. We were able to make the space bright and cheery, but not overly extravagant. The refresh completely changed the feeling of this dental clinic and the owner tells us that it will continue to serve its clients for another 20 years!
Common Kitchen Upgrade
Ottawa Community Housing is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing to low income residents in Ottawa. In the fall of 2020, we completed this project at 415 MacLaren Street. In order to create this new shared kitchen for the residents, we demolished the existing kitchen and walls, installed new framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, appliances and cabinets.
Garbage Chute Replacement
In fall of 2020, we completed another job for Ottawa Community Housing at 395 Somerset Street. We replaced the garbage chute on 10 floors and added fire protection to meet the existing building code.
